“Our athletes will be making use of Pioneer’s power meters again next season. After working closely together for more than three years, we’ve helped to improve this innovative product as much as possible. The system has proven to be a great asset during the training as well as for race analyses”, says Eric van den Boom, Team Manager of WM3 Pro Cycling.
The Dutch marketing group RSPNS put WM3 Pro Cycing in touch with Pioneer. “It is logical for both Pioneer and the team to extend the contract. We have built a great history together and the team has given Pioneer valuable support with both the Pioneer brand and the product. Training and racing with power is the standard for pro-athletes. With the Pioneer HD power meter, which is dual-legged and shows the pedaling efficiency, we want to support athletes, like Marianne Vos and her teammates, in taking the next step”, says Roel Schoondermark, European Cycle Business Manager at Pioneer.
“I’m very happy that we’re cooperating with Pioneer for the fourth season in a row. The pedalling monitor system offers lots of relevant insights and innovative possibilities. With the data and statistics at my disposal, I’m able to improve the quality of my training and my performance during races. It’s an indispensable training tool and a fundamental element in obtaining peak performance”, says Marianne Vos.
